Every single day brings new things to learn about ourselves and life. Ideas and inspirations can come and go with the blink of an eye so, make sure you capture them.
Thank you to my followers, I appreciate your feedback. I know that you have been busy, too! I missed you! What progress have you been making? I’d love to hear about it.

One thing I do is I always have a little notebook with me. I have several of them. Some have specific duties: pb ideas, blog ideas, interesting names, travel journals, winter related journal...I also jot down words that I like, especially stuff I hear teenagers say. :)
Nice post--I agree that there's a lot to be found just walking around outside sometimes, all of which can affect our writing. It's good to just observe things and ponder about them--stories can really come alive when there's a portion of ourselves in them.

28 pages? Nice work!
Like Sharon, I also keep a notebook with me everywhere I go. If I see or hear something that makes me say "huh," I jot it down.
I attended my first picture book retreat. I appreciated the feedback from the small groups/critique. Really helped me. Nice comments on story idea. Needs improvement: my rhyme. So, I'm going to be revising this week. Glad to hear of your progress.
Thanks everyone for your comments and for stopping by. Notebooks are so helpful. I never leave home without one. Good luck to all of you with your own writing progress this week.
