The Versatile Blogger award was given to me by Ms Saba at http://worddiaries.blogspot.com/ :) Thank you!!
The rules (there are always rules!)
Anyone who accepts this is asked by the person selecting them to do three things:
1. Thank the person who gave you the award and link back to them in your post.
2. Share 7 things about yourself
3. Pass this Award along to 15 recently discovered blogs and let them know about it!
Thank you Ms Saba for this award, I really I appreciate it! This is such a fun way to get to know other bloggers.
Here are the 7 things about myself. Sorry if most of them are repeats of an earlier post, but these things haven't changed and I'm still me! :)
1. I am a grandmother. I am called “Lolli” and my husband is called “Pop”. Hence, this is where the name for my blog came from.
2. I like to quilt, sometimes I quilt with a group called “Stitch ‘N ( )itch”. I left out the “B” on purpose.
3. I made my daughter’s wedding dress & veil, her bridesmaids’ dresses and my outfit for her wedding. (pictures on left side of my blog)
4. I like to write, draw and paint.
5. I am known for quick-one-line-zingers.
6. I collect teapots and teacups.
7. I have done quite a bit of traveling, but my favorite place to be is inside my grandson's hug!

Thank you Maeve for this cool award!
Blessings, Joanne
Thanks, Maeve. I appreciate it.
Wow Maeve! That's pretty awesome of you to make all those clothes for your daughter's wedding. It would have taken you ages. Congrats on the award. :)
Thanks, Maeve! I love that you thought of me and truly appreciate it! :)
Jenny
Awww! Thanks Maeve! That's so sweet!
I love the story behind your blog name. And I love all the dresses for the wedding. They're amazing! You did such a fabulous job!
I am known (in my head) for slow-one-line-zingers that come about a day after they could've been used. ;)
Awww, thank you for the blog award Maeve! Yay! My second one! I'm honored that you thought of me. I will do my best to be worthy of it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
P.S. You are so talented, making all those dresses. *jealous*
And thank you, Maeve! I am so impressed that you quilt and sew dresses. Wow, are you ever talented.
Super! Thanks, Maeve! I'll try to put together my own list after the back-to-school madness subsides. :)
Wish I could make dresses. I grumble if I have to sew a button back on.
Congratulations on your award and to all the recipients! :)
And you are so talented! Those dresses are beautiful!
Congrats for your award and thanks so much for passing it on. :)
I love your 7th point. Gorgeous.
Joanne - you are welcome, I enjoy your blog.
Ron - you are welcome, I enjoy your blog, as well.
Debbie - thank you. They took a while.
Jenny - I'm glad I found your blog.
Peggy - Thank you. Slow-one-line-zingers are good, too; as long as they make you laugh. :)
Lady Gwen - :) I'm glad I found your blog!
Cynthia - Thanks, we are all a talented group.
lemonye (Molly) - I can't wait to read your list!
WritingNut - Thank you!
Lynda - Thank you! He is adorable!
Thanks!! I was away last week with almost no internet time, but lovely surprise to come back to an award. I'll get around to doing the tasks soon.
I'm very impressed with your talents! i tried quilting once, couldn't get the hang of it at all. And I couldn't dream of making any clothes, let alone a daughter's wedding dress.
I repeat, very talented!
Thanks Maeve for this. I was out in the Black HIlls trying to unplug while on a family vacation. I still have not caught up! I am a zinger person too. I have to keep myself in check when I meet new people. :)
